What excites you about working at Campus Kaizen:
What excites me about working at Campus Kaizen, is the potential this company has. This software and company have the opportunity to make a positive difference in students’ lives, and it contributes to the future of Higher Education. Jay and his team, have something great here, and I am excited to play a role in contributing to that. I know my college roommate experience, was not the best, and I am excited to make this experience better for students!
How did you get into business development?
I stumbled into Business Development after working in university admissions all of undergrad and realized I had a passion for working closely with people and new clients. The job roles were very similar realized this is the area, where my skill set and passion can best be put to use. Being an athlete my entire life, that competitive nature has always stuck with me!
What was your favorite part of college?
College was great, I just finished my Masters in Higher Education, Administration, and Leadership! I believe my favorite part of college, was turning in my thesis and being the first in my family to graduate from college. Interacting with my faculty, and peers made the experience fantastic!
What do you do for fun? Any hobbies?
I enjoy running, traveling, going to concerts, and hanging out with family and friends. If you are ever in the Fresno area, you can catch me on a weekend hike in Yosemite and Sequoia National Park or riding some waves on the Central Coast! Now that graduate school is over, I am planning on picking up a new hobby (I am open to suggestions), and I plan on joining a slow pitch softball team, and once quarantine is over, planning a trip to Europe!
What is something interested or unique about you?
I was born and raised on a farm! I am Fifth Generation and enjoy helping my dad in his spare time. Agriculture has been apart of my life as far back as I can remember!
